The Director of Marketing leads the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation. This senior leadership role requires a dynamic marketer who can blend strategic vision with hands-on execution across all functions of marketing. The role oversees a team of direct reports and collaborates closely with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Operations to ensure consistent, outcome-focused messaging that aligns with customer needs and LiquiTech’s business goals. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Marketing plays an integral role in shaping the company’s growth and long-term success.

Strategy and leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution of marketing programs
  • Lead and coach a results-driven marketing team; manage external marketing consultants as needed
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and company objectives

Brand and messaging

  • Partner with the CEO and VP of Sales to define, evolve, and execute the brand’s positioning and messaging strategy
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications clearly reflect customer outcomes and LiquiTech’s technical innovation and expertise

Demand generation and campaigns

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that attract high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth (e.g., digital, SEO/SEM, social, email, content, events)
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM tools to support lead nurturing and conversions
  • Create and implement campaigns to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, working closely with Sales to identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts
  • Analyze campaign performance and use insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI

Product marketing

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop clear, compelling messaging that highlights product and service value and customer outcomes
  • Collaborate internally to define go-to-market strategies; lead and execute launch plans for new offerings and market entries
  • Create product- and service-focused content, including case studies, sell sheets, technical specifications, videos, and presentations

Sales enablement

  • Develop and maintain a suite of sales tools, presentations, and collateral to support the sales team throughout the buyer journey
  • Manage the internal content management system for organizing and maintaining sales and marketing materials
  • Create custom sales assets for high-value accounts, including ROI reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Work with Sales leadership to address content needs, streamline lead handoffs, and optimize conversion rates

Content and thought leadership

  • Oversee content strategy and development across formats, including blogs, videos, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop technical and educational content, including technical copywriting
  • Position LiquiTech as a thought leader through speaking opportunities, industry publications, and partnerships with key organizations

Reporting and data analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance and ROI of all marketing initiatives
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into lead generation, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance
  • Use data to drive continuous improvement and optimize budget allocation
  • Present monthly marketing performance reports and metrics to senior leadership

Customer and market insights

  • Serve as program manager for the Customer Advisory Board—plan quarterly meetings and agendas, serve as the main customer liaison, coordinate internal contributors for meetings, and share insights internally to drive strategic improvements
  • Stay up to date on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Use market and customer insights to inform campaign messaging and marketing strategy

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Experience marketing professional/technical services and/or highly technical products—ideally in water safety, healthcare, or infrastructure
  • Proven ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution across all marketing functions
  • Strong background in content development, digital marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, and demand generation
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools; HubSpot experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of an organization
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

The account manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, serve as their main point of contact, and develop new business from existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service.

Customer satisfaction and retention

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
    Resolve any customer complaints, identifying solutions and managing internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Generate progress reports for customers

Requirements

  • Previous sales/account management experience in technical sales, healthcare selling, and/or water treatment required
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management software (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office

$100,000+ base salary (dependent on experience), with commissions based on retention and expansion of current customer accounts, estimated at an additional $30,000.

The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key corporate and network clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives, and expanding LiquiTech’s presence within their organization. This role will focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring LiquiTech's solutions deliver measurable value. The SAM will work closely with Account Managers (AMs) to ensure retention and satisfaction at individual facility levels within the client’s network.

Corporate account management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value corporate or network-level clients, ensuring strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business strategy and needs, aligning LiquiTech’s
    solutions to support their objectives
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews with corporate clients to review performance, ROI, and opportunities for further collaboration
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and identifying solutions that

Account expansion and growth

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand LiquiTech’s footprint within the corporate account,
    including cross-selling, upselling, and introducing new services or solutions
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, focusing on expanding LiquiTech’s offerings across multiple facilities within the client’s network
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and product teams to tailor solutions that meet the client’s evolving needs

Collaboration with Facility-level Account Managers (AMs)

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand LiquiTech’s footprint within the corporate account, including cross-selling, upselling, and introducing new services or solutions
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, focusing on expanding LiquiTech’s offerings across multiple facilities within the client’s network
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and product teams to tailor solutions that meet the client’s evolving needs

Business development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned corporate accounts, focusing
    on growing LiquiTech’s market share within the organization
  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other opportunities to strengthen relationships and find new avenues for growth

Reporting and forecasting

  • Track and report on account performance, retention rates, revenue growth, and account expansion opportunities
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the status of key accounts, including risks, growth opportunities, and performance against KPIs

Client Advocacy

  • Act as the voice of the client within LiquiTech, ensuring that their needs and feedback are considered in product development and service delivery
  • Collaborate with the engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or a similar role, preferably in B2B or technical solutions industries
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-value corporate accounts
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach to client management
  • Ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, and execute account expansion strategies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage complex projects
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales reporting tools.

  • Oversee all logistical necessities to keep the region running smoothly and efficiently
  • Support outside sales personnel by preparing quotations and proposals
  • Create quotes for repairs and other miscellaneous items, and work with customers directly to receive payment
  • Track and organize all annual service renewals, working with Account Management to gather purchase orders and contract renewals for the services

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
  • Technical Support experience in the sciences fields is a plus
  • Experience with the ability to create graphs, perform advanced Microsoft Office functions, and prepare reports is preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of problem-solving and critical thinking ability
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities

We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to support our financial operations and contribute to our mission. As the AR/AP Specialist, you’ll serve as a vital part of our finance team by managing vendor payments, customer invoicing, and cash applications. You’ll be responsible for maintaining vendor and customer relationships, tracking receivables and payables, and ensuring financial records are up to date. You will report directly to the Controller and collaborate across departments to ensure financial operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is not only driven by accuracy and efficiency but also thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where adaptability and a team-first mindset are valued.

Accounts payable

  • Prepare and organize documents and related information for processing
  • Verify transaction information and schedule disbursements
  • Obtain authorization for payment of invoices (individual and batch processing)
  • Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment inquiries
  • Set up and maintain vendor information in ERP system, including W-9s and payment terms
  • Assist with 1099 preparation and ensure vendor compliance with tax documentation requirements
  • Process payments via check, ACH, or wire as appropriate

Accounts receivable

  • Verify transaction and contract information
  • Calculate charges, refunds, and discounts accurately
  • Prepare and deliver invoices through our ERP system and email
  • Monitor and collect on past due accounts
  • Maintain regular communication with customer accounts payable contacts
  • Manage aging accounts receivable balances
  • Apply incoming payments accurately to customer accounts and invoices
  • Assist with evaluating customer credit limits and monitoring credit exposure (as needed)

General accounting

  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
  • Maintain accurate accounting ledgers through proper transaction posting
  • Reconcile vendor and customer statements and invoices
  • Investigate and resolve payment delays or discrepancies
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and electronic records
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls
  • Assist with monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and account reconciliations
  • Collaborate effectively with all departments to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements

  • Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience (bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience with accounts payable and receivable
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with ERP systems common in manufacturing, SAP B1 specifically
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in mathematics and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
